How Messee protects your data.

Security checks are built into every request, sensitive information is kept out of logs, and every release has a tested recovery plan.

Access control

Every request is tied to the business space selected in the signed-in session.

Owners, Managers, support staff, and read-only members each have clearly defined access. Messee system administrators are managed separately.

Team members can be limited to specific channels, and the same rule applies throughout the inbox, customer profiles, and notifications.

Connection details are encrypted, kept out of logs, and never shown again. You can check, reconnect, or disconnect a channel at any time.

Messee checks the real file type and size, gives every upload a random name, and only makes a file available after it is attached to a message.

You can change your password, enable two-step verification, review signed-in devices, and sign out any device you no longer recognize.

Messee verifies that incoming data really came from the connected platform and safely ignores duplicates.

Each release is checked before activation and can be rolled back if the website or API does not start cleanly.

We back up data before important changes and regularly test recovery without touching the live service.
