1. Data we process

• Your Messee account, business space, team membership, and access level.
• Connected Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Zalo, TikTok Business, or Email channel information; sender identities, message content, attachments, delivery states, and synchronization events.
• Service information such as whether a message was delivered, who handled a conversation, security activity, and connection errors.
• The connection details issued by messaging platforms and email services. These details are encrypted and are never shown again after setup.

2. How we use data

Messee uses data to synchronize conversations, enable customer support, send requested replies, maintain security, diagnose failures, and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing and retention

Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service or when legally required. Messee does not sell personal data. Data is retained while a workspace uses the service and may be retained longer for security, backup, or legal obligations.

4. Optional AI assistant

The AI assistant is off by default. A business owner or manager must choose to turn it on and agree to how data will be handled. It can suggest drafts, but a person must review and send them. It cannot send messages or change business data by itself, and Messee does not use your conversations to train AI models. If your business chooses an external AI service, Messee sends only the information needed for the requested suggestion. Results are encrypted and removed after the period selected by your business.

5. Security and your rights

Messee checks access, encrypts connection details, and verifies incoming data from messaging platforms. You may request access, correction, or deletion by following the Data deletion.
